1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Moulding Base (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Moulding Base provides moulding, baseboard, crown moulding, and door supply services to residential and commercial customers in the Sacramento metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
3. Orders and Purchases
All orders are subject to product availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Pick-Up and Delivery
Moulding Base operates as a local supplier. Customers may pick up orders at our location. Delivery availability and fees vary by distance. We are not responsible for damage to products after they leave our premises.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt and in original condition. Custom-cut or special-order items are non-refundable. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
6. Communications and SMS Messaging
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Moulding Base regarding order updates, promotions, and service information. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Message frequency varies. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moulding Base shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
